What is RecallOS?
RecallOS is an app built to organize the thousands of screenshots sitting in your phone. Instead of endlessly scrolling through random saves, you can instantly search, group, revisit, and clean up your screenshot library.
What can I do with RecallOS?
Automatically categorizes screenshots using AI. Creates smart collections called Stacks. Search screenshots naturally. Add notes, tasks, and reminders. Instantly open links, add events to calendar, save tasks, create reminders and more. Share screenshot collections with friends.
Why do I even need a screenshot organizer?
Because screenshots have quietly become our second brain. We save notes, recipes, tweets, memes, payments, OTPs, products, travel plans, gym routines, inspiration, important information for later, and then never find them again. RecallOS fixes that.
Is my data private?
Yes. Privacy is a core focus of RecallOS. OCR and vision models run entirely on-device. Cloud sync is opt-in and only for content you explicitly share. Your screenshots stay on your phone unless you choose otherwise.
How much will it cost?
Free tier with full functionality. Paid plans for advanced features like cloud sync, create stacks (sharable links), and better AI suggestions.
Which devices are supported?
RecallOS is currently being built for Android first, with more platforms planned later.
Does RecallOS replace my gallery app?
No. RecallOS is built specifically for screenshot management and discovery, not as a replacement for your main gallery. Think of it as an operating system for your saved screenshots.
